It is a specially custom-design spray booth for wood working and furniture painting with comprehensive consideration of furniture painting features, factory condition and output per month. All paint booth installation and workshop construction were finished at the end of 2014; this furniture spray bake booth has come into service in a furniture factory in UAE at the beginning of 2015.

1. Dimension of this paint booth is 8000x4000x3200mm(LxWxH) inside and 9650x4100x4000mm(LxWxH) outside; the size is decided according to the factory painting quantity and its factory space consideration.
2. Spray booth ventilation design is full downdraft airflow with metal basement of 3 rolls of grilles and 2 rolls of indented plates.
   
3.  2 units of main doors are equipped in front side and right side. This design ensures furniture entry from one main door and exit from another main door, which increase painting work efficiency dramatically.
4. 10 units of ceiling light fixtures and 12 units if side light fixtures in this wood finishing booth make the illumination more than 1000LUX.
5.  25000m³/h air capacity is reached for the 7.5KW turbo fan specification of both air intake and exhaust units. Turbo fan is with stable performance
