Paint Spray Booth for NIO Electric Car with Robot
An electric car spray booth was installed in NIO luxury branding of the electric car4S body shop to provide paint spraying and baking service with a paint spray robot. The advantages of using robots are below:

From the beginning of communication to the design, installation, and commissioning, we do our best to adapt our spray booth to the robot’s working style. The YOKISTAR paint spraying booth works successfully with the paint spray robot.
The robot painter is installed in an individual room with its track rail. An electric shutter connects the room to the paint-spraying booth; it will open when the robot painter works. After painting, move the electric car by the floor track rail to the baking booth for drying. The other electric shutter is in the middle of the paint booth and baking booth to ensure the system works smoothly.
