Retractable Paint Booth

We customized, designed, and manufactured a retractable paint booth for the left large workpiece called the mineral power stations in Chili.

Because this large workpiece, which is the most extended size 60m, can not move, we need to customize a retractable spray booth to meet its painting requirements.

YOKISTAR retractable paint booth with the inner size 10m long, 7m wide, and 5.6m high to suit the workpiece with size 5m wide and 4.5m high. The professional extraction system can move freely and usually stays on the left and right. This extraction system has a 15KW power strong motor to extract the air out, making the air speed around the extraction surface 0.3m per second. It has a fiberglass filter and filter paper to absorb the overspray paint, and active carbon is placed to remove the paint smell. We can also make it an enclosure if necessary.

There are too many benefits to this pull-out spray booth. It is cheap, easy to erect, and saves space as it folds away for compact storage. It is an ideal solution for workshops with limited space.
