Key Features

• Two main doors are equipped in this spray booth, one at front side, the other one is around the middle side. This design separates this spray booth to two parts, which can work separately and together according to actual situation.
• When pressure inside cable is over normal value, the personnel door will open automatically to maintain safety of painting operators working inside.
• Twice intake air filters together with twice exhausted air filters create a clear inside environment for painting and a friendly environment for the open air.
• Ample lighting is attained by total 40 units lighting fixtures. Each lighting fixture is equipped with 4pcs of 36W PHILIPS lighting tubes.
• downdraft spray booth for downdraft airflow design that is considered best in the industry. The airflow is evenly distributed over paint booth to control over spray and contamination inside equipment.
• Panel – Thick steel wall panel construction that makes this truck or bus spray booth much stronger than thin wall constructions.
• Filters – The filters attached with bus spray booth to resist dust and corrosion that can affect the system badly. They make one protection layer over spray booth that reduces overall maintenance and running costs of the equipment.
